1 - Best Cocktails
By far the best cocktails I’ve had to date at all inclusive resort. Top shelf liquor is stocked in all the bars, including the pool bars. The Rhapsody bar is like a speakeasy with true craft cocktails and beyond capable bar masters (as they are well beyond bartenders).
2 - Traditional Mexican Luxury
The resort was grand with a luxe Mexican vibe. Luxurious accommodations and decor; excellent service; and a variety of fine dining options.
3 - Serene
You could hear a pin drop it was so quiet at the property, which depending on your objective this can be a good or bad thing. Definitely pack your own speaker if you wanna catch a vibe at the pool or beach.
4 - Access
This resort is for couples and those seeking to relax. Entertainment includes daily activities, access to the-sister properties next door (one has a night club), and a daily shuttle to 5th ave in playa Del Carmen (for a small fee).
5 - Nature & Wildlife
I’m not sure what they were, but there was an animal that resembled a hybrid between a monkey, raccoon, and a cat. They seemed relatively friendly, but I didn’t get too close.
Who Should Visit This Property
Couples, honeymooners & adults (no kids allowed) who want great food and drinks, minimal action, and comfortable accommodations.
