RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
Deposits & Reservations
A deposit along with a completed registration form is required by all private and hosted group travelers. Payments
I authorize Prissi Travels to charge the credit card(s) provided according to the terms outlined in this agreement. The payment authorization is for the travel goods/services, for the amount indicated above unless changed verbally by me. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in this form. I understand this is a disclosure of business practices and permissive credit/debit card payment agreement for the purchase of travel services. I agree that payments may be made direct to selected travel suppliers on my behalf, and/or processed by Prissi Travels and submitted to suppliers on my behalf; paid in prorated amounts not to exceed the sum total of approved charges. I understand Debit Cards often impose “Daily Charge Limits” and multiple payments may be needed to complete the full balance due; for which you will be notified if the situation occurs. Prissi Travels will not release personal information to ANY parties not listed on the reservation, reservation information will only be shared with those on the booking, unless provided in writing as an Emergency Contact and will apply due diligence in maintaining records in a secured, safe location. Minimum Monthly Payment Installments
(Select Itineraries) On certain itineraries Prissi Travels reserves the right to institute a minimum monthly payment policy. The traveler will be notified of this before they make their deposit. Once a reservation is secured with a deposit, a minimum monthly payment installment must be received before or on the 15th of each month (or whichever date designated on the event’s page) or the reservation may be cancelled, and all previous payments will be forfeited. The amount of the minimum monthly payment installment will be specified on the event page. All late payments will incur a $50 late fee, per payment. Roommate Payment
Roommates must complete separate registration forms and submit their deposits within 24 hours to secure a reservation. Once the registration form and deposit are received each roommate can make separate payments. All roommates must state who will be sharing rooms on the registration form. It is all of the roommates’ responsibility to ensure that their fellow roommates are making their monthly payments in order to avoid having the reservation occupancy rate being adjusted to match the number of travelers occupying the room. In this case, the remaining roommate(s) are responsible for paying the difference in price for the new adjusted occupancy rate. A summary of a roommate’s payments can be provided upon request. A monthly invoice will be emailed to all involved parties each month. Please Note: When making deposits on a vacation package inclusive of Flight & Hotel Accommodations, some suppliers apply payments to the air portion of the package first. If one traveler makes payments in larger amounts or quantities than their companion, funds are allocated towards both flights, regardless of which traveler made the payments. This can present an issue if the traveler paying less decides to cancel. Ideally all travelers should stick to similar payment plans and schedules. Please select your roommates wisely. Final Payment Due Date
The final payment due date will be clearly marked on the event’s page, booking confirmations, and invoices. It is the responsibility of the traveler to make the final payment before or by the due date. Failure to make the final payment by the stated due date can result in automatic cancellation of the reservation and all previous deposits may be forfeited. Late Payments are at the discretion of the supplier. All late payments must be approved by Prissi Travels staff. A late payment fee of $50 (per late payment), must be paid for all payments received after the final due date, and will be processed before submitting the payment to the supplier. Payment Processing Timeframe & Receipts
Payments will be submitted directly to the travel supplier and processed within 1-2 business days by Prissi Travels. Once the payment has been accepted by the travel supplier, the traveler will receive a receipt via email confirming the payment went through successfully. The receipt will also include the traveler’s remaining balance. PLEASE NOTE: Monthly payments submitted through the payment forms are not automatically processed. Your credit card will not be charged until your payment information has been submitted by Prissi Travels to the travel supplier and successfully processed. Monthly Invoice
A monthly invoice will be emailed to all travelers under the same reservation number, which will include the entire reservation and each traveler’s: total rate, payments made and the balance due. REFUNDS, ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHOD, CHANGE OF CREDIT CARD
Refunds & Transfer of Payments
Payments submitted to Prissi Travels are non-refundable and non-transferable for future events due to the policies and contractual agreements set forth by our suppliers. It is the traveler’s responsibility to insure they are able to attend and capable of paying for the event, along with any costs not included in the price of the reservation i.e. airfare, meals, activities etc. Travelers should seriously consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance in order to protect their investment. Payment Method
Credit cards are the preferred method of payment. Payments will be submitted directly to our vendors, suppliers, to be processed unless otherwise specified on the event page. Late payment fees and other fees will be processed through Prissi Travels. If a payment by phone is being paid directly to Prissi Travels via PayPal/Square an additional 4% fee will be required. All payments by phone will require a credit card authorization form, a photocopy of the traveler’s government issued ID and credit card, which should be emailed to info@prissitravels.com. Change of Credit Card
The traveler can change their credit card information at any time by submitting a new credit card authorization form. NAME CHANGE
Name Change
Name changes cannot be made on packages inclusive of flights. Prissi Travels will charge a $50 fee for all changes, including name changes. Some suppliers may charge a fee to change the name on a reservation, which is the responsibility of the traveler. CANCELLATION FEE
Cancellation Fee
Prissi Travels requires a $100 cancellation fee per person to be received before a reservation is cancelled. Our suppliers may charge a separate cancellation fee. Cancellation fees charged by Prissi Travels may not be covered by all travel protection policies. If Final Payment is not received by the final payment due date, the reservation will cancel and all payments made will be forfeit for trip abandonment. Please pay balance by the due date and communicate any changes or cancellations in writing before the final payment deadline. Wedding & Hosted Groups: Once your reservation is made a $100 nonrefundable penalty will be assessed up until the date additional resort penalties take effect. The aforementioned is per person or entire room canceling (so if 1 person within the room cancels these same rules apply for that person). Cancellation penalties will apply and unless otherwise noted if your trip is within 75 days it is 100% non-refundable. Please note wedding group terms may override this term. If so, the trip is 100% non-refundable after the final payment date of the group as stipulated in said group/wedding. Please note some hosted itineraries are 100% non-refundable, this information will be provided at the time of booking and noted on your invoice. Airline Tickets: if Prissi Travels booked your tickets, they are 100% non-refundable, and non-changeable and subject to individual airline penalties/fees. Please consider travel protection to secure your vacation investment, note Prissi Travel Fees are not covered by all travel protection policies. TRAVEL PROTECTION

TRAVEL DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS
passports
Passport number, date of issue, expiration date, and all other pieces of data from the passport ID page are required to be submitted no later than the Final Payment due date for international trips. This information is required on all International trips and is only shared when required by local authorities. Passports are not required for the U.S. Virgin Islands. Passports should be valid for 6 months following the last date of your trip. Everyone, including children and infants, MUST have a VALID passport book to travel internationally (not Passport Card). Failure to comply will result in denial of boarding, no refund, no exceptions (out of the USA). PASSPORT CARDS ARE NOT VALID FOR TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY VIA AIR! Invalid passports, denied boarding, and financial loss due to invalid passports are the responsibility of the traveler. visas
A visa may be required for certain international travel and is the traveler’s responsibility to insure the proper documents are submitted on time and a visa is obtained prior to the traveler’s departure date. CRUISE TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
US Citizens on closed-loop cruises (cruises that begin and end in the same U.S. port) are able to re-enter the United States with proof of citizenship other than a passport or passport card. Acceptable proof of citizenship includes an original or certified copy of a government issued birth certificate (raised seal and signature) and a laminated government issued picture ID (typically, driver's license), Consular Report of Born Abroad Certificate, or a Certificate of Naturalization. NOTE: Baptismal records and certificates issued by a hospital are not acceptable. It strongly recommended that all guests travel with a valid passport book during their cruise. This greatly assists guests who may need to fly out of the United States to meet their ship at the next available port should they miss their scheduled embarkation in a U.S. port; guests entering the U.S. at the end of their cruise; and guests needing to fly to the U.S. before their cruise ends, because of medical, family, personal or business emergencies, missing a ship's departure from a port of call, involuntary disembarkation from a ship due to misconduct, or other reasons. Guests who need to fly to the United States before their cruise ends will likely experience significant delays and complications related to booking airline tickets and entering the United States if they do not have a valid U.S. passport book with them. UNITED STATES TERRITORIES
U.S. Citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents (LPR's) who travel directly between parts of the United States, which includes Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Swains Island and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), without touching at a foreign port or place, are not required to present a valid U.S. Passport or U.S. Green Card. However, it is recommended that travelers bring a government issued photo ID and copy of birth certificate. It is also recommended that you carry proof of your LPR status as all times in the event you are asked to prove your status. This may be in the form of a green card or passport. Honeymoon & Anniversary Travelers
You MUST bring a copy of your marriage certificate to qualify for any complimentary honeymoon/anniversary package (photocopy is recommended). Failure to have such proof of marriage will result in the resort denying these complimentary privileges (if applicable). PLEASE notify your Prissi Travels agent if you are celebrating a Honeymoon or Anniversary so that they can annotate this in your reservation. Typically resort will honor these packages up to 30 days before or after your honeymoon/anniversary date. ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR
